Longhorn Backyard Amphitheater tickets & upcoming events

Looking for a laid-back, yet totally memorable concert spot in Dallas? The Longhorn Backyard Amphitheater is pretty much the heartbeat of live music in the city’s backyard scene. This isn’t your usual big-box venue, it’s got a cozy vibe with a real sense of community. The sound system? Oh, it’s been upgraded a couple of times, especially back in 2018, to make sure every note hits just right. And if you’re into eco-friendly spots, you’ll appreciate their green efforts started in 2005, like solar panels and waste reduction. The acoustics are a big deal here too, they revamped them in 2007, and honestly, it makes a huge difference. Want to get the best seats? They’ve got assigned spots, so no fighting for views, and if you’re feeling fancy, the VIP areas come with perks like private bathrooms and prime sightlines. Getting there is a breeze, hop on public transit line 5 and get off at the Longhorn Backyard Amphitheater stop, then walk three blocks down Oak Avenue. Whether you’re into catching a big act like Buju Banton from the front row, chilling in a VIP section with Ryan Bingham, or just looking for affordable seats for bands like String Cheese Incident, this place has something for everyone. Honestly, it’s a great spot to catch some unforgettable performances and maybe even stick around for the after-party. Trust me, once you’ve experienced a night here, you’ll be hooked.
